Enjoyed a spacious Standard Twin Room with plenty of room. The location near Gloria Outlet Mall and eateries made it easy to grab food. Daily buffet breakfast had an impressive spread, but the selections were the same during my 3-night stay. Had trouble getting an iron. it took multiple requests. Shuttle service to Taoyuan HSR and the airport was a big bonus, saving us from lugging bags around. Staff in the restaurant were wonderful, especially at breakfast. Overall, a solid stay, but a bit more variety at breakfast would be great.

The location is perfect for shopping and travel, with shuttles to the train station! Friendly staff ensured a smooth check-in.
Breakfast selections were a letdown—the dishes lacked flavor and weren’t served hot enough. and communication in English could be tricky.

The family room was spacious with three queen-size beds, allowing everyone to sleep comfortably! The bathroom layout, with distinct areas for the bathtub, shower, and toilet, made it convenient for our large group. Plus, the breakfast buffet was extensive and high-quality, setting a high bar for our upcoming stays.

Cozzi Blu offers spacious rooms perfect for families, with super comfortable king size beds. The location is fantastic, being only a 5-7 minute walk from the Taoyuan MRT station and right next to the Gloria Outlet shopping area. Plus, the breakfast buffet has a great variety, especially the delicious Chinese dishes.
Breakfast could have better western options.

We stayed with our large family, including my elderly parents, and the family room was a pleasant surprise-plenty of space with three queen beds! The breakfast buffet was abundant, and the nearby outlet mall kept the kids entertained while we relaxed.
My wife says that a play area for kids would be great.

Had a great time with friends! The location makes it super easy to hit the nearby outlet mall for shopping and grab food at local eateries. The spacious Superior Family Room allowed us to relax together comfortably. We also enjoyed the shuttle service to transport us effortlessly to and from the train station.
However, one of my friends woke up with red spots, which made us concerned about potential bed bugs or mites. It was a bit unsettling.
